When I decided to sell my condo I contacted Lilliana Felix whom I have worked with before and when I told her what I wanted to do and the time frame I wanted to do it she knew exactly what to do and we had the condo ready for sale, on the market and sold for over asking within 20 days, the closing was another 15 or so and through the whole process Lilly kept awe informed and updated on what was happening.
